Freecash Offer: Galaxy Survivor 3D

Hey everyone,

Hubris here again with a fresh new Freecash offer, so fresh that it appears Galaxy Survivor 3D is not even complete! Nonetheless, I enjoyed my time playing this game, and though there are a lot of advertisements throughout, I found it convenient to play simultaneously while earning income through other activities. If you are able to complete all of the activities, you can net yourself an easy $66.61, though it will require a lot of patience to achieve the last two tasks.

Galaxy Survivor 3D Gameplay

The gameplay for Galaxy Survivor 3D is, like most mobile games, a tower defense at heart, though the developers took an interesting angle by adding in essentially third-person shooter, survival, resource gathering, and exploration aspects to the game. If this game continues to be developed and more content is added, it could actually be a decently fun game on its own, but as it stands, any non-Freecash players will finish within a matter of hours and not come back.

Beginning stages of the game- unlocking your home area

In the beginning, you'll see that there's very little space. You must unlock your home area in order to progress, which means picking up the red/purple cans and depositing them in the blank spaces. That starts unlocking more and more of the blue tiles, which can be considered your territory. Waves of enemy units will eventually start coming from the top of the mouth where there is a timer. After you unlock enough of your home area, you'll start seeing how to achieve your goals, which means unlocking buildings, acquiring starship parts and keys, and eventually exploring new areas.

You can take damage, so be careful around the enemy creatures. Eventually you can unlock buildings which will allow you build progressively stronger turrets to protect your base during waves while you're off exploring. Because this game is currently in development, finishing the starship doesn't actually grant you anything in game, but teases the possibility of worlds to come.

The core of playing Galaxy Survivor 3D for its Freecash offering is to earn as many coins as possible, as quickly as possible. That means upgrading your base until it is more or less self-sufficient, and you have an exosuit with back-ups available in case your suit is destroyed.

Sources of Coins

Coins are the bedrock of the Freecash offer for Galaxy Survivor 3D, which means ultimately they are your primary focus.

You can acquire coins from several sources in the game, some easier than others, and some more permanent than others. The first source is by killing wave bosses. Every few waves a boss will come along, when you kill them they drop behind a tile that looks like a treasure chest, which is worth 150 coins. If you watch the ad, it will double the coins- however, even if you don't choose to watch the ad, it will force you to watch anyway, so you might as well reduce time by doubling your coin reward. Fortunately this seems like a permanent source of coins.

The second source of coins is related to the waves, but is acquired by 'collecting' kills. You can view your progress in the top right of the screen on the insect icon. Each set gives you between 200 to 500 coins, though you can of course double your coin reward if you choose to watch their ads. Eventually, if you're going for the 80,000 or 400,000 coins tasks, you will have acquired all of these sets and can receive no more coins from this source.

The third source of coins comes every few minutes or so. Randomly a screen will pop up asking if you want to view an ad for 50 coins, or just receive 10 coins. If you click to reject the 50 coins and receive just 10, you will be forced to watch the ad anyway, so you might as well accept the 50 coins for the same amount of time. Fortunately this seems like a permanent source of coins.

The fourth source of coins comes from fully unlock your base. At the bottom of your home base, there are little tubes with free resources available for watching an ad, one of which is a bundle of 150 coins. This free opportunity will refresh every minute or two, or as little as 30 seconds (depending on how often you make use of it). Fortunately this seems like a permanent source of coins.
